Our 8-night stay at Casa Azul Villa was simply amazing. Just a few minute drive from the modern PUJ airport we were greeted by the full staff. The staff of Butler, Chef, Sous Chef, and Housekeeper were all top notch.

Additionally, the owner Mark hosted a live video walkthrough of the property features. So great to know how everything works! Mark was always available via text or mobile if we had any questions. However, the onsite staff was there to take great care of us.

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day on the gorgeous outdoor patio, expertly prepared by the chefs. Our butler Fransico prepared top notch pool side cocktails. Mark took care of getting us tee times at La Cana and Corales. Both great courses! On non-golf days it was lounge are the pool or off to one of the local beach clubs. We rented their six-person cart which was great for cruising around the resort!

The resort was very clean, safe, and beautifully landscaped. There are many new villas in the construction phase so there was some truck traffic and some construction noise. Overall, a very peaceful. safe place to relax.

The villa is well furnished, very comfortable beds, and many places to hang out. We enjoyed the upstairs patio with pool table and a cigar! Again, the house staff made this house a dream!

We definitely recommend and hope to return!

Where to begin!

We stayed in Casa Azul with the groomsmen for our wedding party. Everyone fit incredibly comfortably and enjoyed having en suite bathrooms and plenty of privacy.

The pool was beautiful, as were the views from every story of the house looking out to the lake in the backyard. We selected Casa Azul specifically to take wedding photos before our reception and they turned out STUNNING. Even still, photos of Casa Azul did not do it justice compared to how it looks in person.

Mark could not have been more accommodating both in helping us plan such a special week but also letting us tour months before our stay. We additionally selected Chef Nicole to cook for us for several meals (dinner and a few breakfasts) and she was outstanding! I think for many of our close friends we may have set the bar too high for all their future trips to Punta Cana. Hopefully we can return in a few years for an anniversary. Thanks again!

We just returned from an incredible week at Casa Azul. Much of our satisfaction is directly attributable to the time and effort that Mark and Amy (the hosts) put into assisting us with planning the details of our vacation. First, Casa Azul is beautifully furnished and perfectly appointed. The layout of the home was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Golf, tennis and several beach clubs are just a short, golf-cart ride away. Casa Azul’s swimming pool is a great place to relax and the ping-pong and billiards tables provided fun activities for the entire family. The staff, specifically Francisco and Andrea, were attentive and helpful and Chef Juan’s meals were incredible. Chef Juan did a great job creating meals that satisfied everyone in our group, including those with food allergies and vegetarian requests. Our family was impressed with the variety of flavors and techniques employed by Chef Juan. The meals were so good that we chose not to dine out during our vacation. By the end of our week, the entire Casa Azul staff felt like family. Amy and Mark’s concierge services made our vacation hassle-free and relaxing. From arranging our airport transportation to meal planning, booking massages, excursions and special requests, every request was handled with ease and pricing was transparent. As a result, we could relax knowing that everything was taken care of for us. Casa Azul is a Perfect 10 and we will definitely return again.

Our stay at Casa Azul was absolutely incredible! The house staff was fantastic—everyone was so kind and helpful. Juan, the chef, prepared the most amazing meals for us, and Juan, the photographer recommended by Mark, took beautiful pictures of our family at the house. The property itself is stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our family just finished our week stay at Casa Azul. As experienced travelers, we have to say it was one of the best vacations as a family that we have gone on. It is conveniently located just minutes from Punta Cana airport. Amy and Mark not only did an incredible job with the house, they were super helpful and took charge of dinner reservations, excursions, airport transfers, groceries, etc. The golf carts made going back and forth to the beach club and restaurants a breeze. The staff was amazing!!! Meals when we wanted and there was nothing for us to do but enjoy!!! We highly recommend staying at Casa Azul and we are already discussing a return for next year!!!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Casa Azul. Beautiful house, very warm and professional staff, great chef-prepared meals. The house location is perfect, right in the center of the resort and quick golf carts rides to the beaches, golf, and restaurants. The Hacienda neighborhood, where Casa Azul is located, is filled with lots of large, gorgeous new villas in a beautiful manicured tropical setting. Impressive! Our only complaint was that there was some construction noise next door, which we knew about in advance. On one morning it was a little disruptive. The good news is the house under construction looks like it will be done in a couple weeks, so I’m guessing that problem will go away…

What a beautiful house and so beautifully designed. Everything is brand-new and spacious. There wasn’t a “bad bedroom” to choose in the house. Each one was large, with luxurious ensuites, and each with its own lovingly-designed theme. The garden/courtyard/pool areas were stunning, verdant, and there were like 200 bananas literally hanging out of the fruit trees. I’ve actually never seen anything like it. We spent so much time just enjoying the sitting areas on the 2 back terraces, overlooking the pool, garden, large lake, and the golf course. Stunning sunsets! The terrace stone table was massive and we all enjoyed taking our incredible meals there. Which brings me to the staff. Perfect and professional. Andrea had the place looking like it did on arrival–perfect every day. Chef Juan was an amazing chef. Breakfasts were overwhelmingly luxurious. Dinners were better than the PC restaurants that we’ve been to–which are pretty good. Lobster night was a work of art and sumptuous. I couldn’t agree more with a previous review that caught my eye, that they’d been a couple times to PC homes that seemed great online, but were only “meh” when they got there. Not this one. Couldn’t agree more. Better than expected, even compared with the beautiful VRBO photos… We’re thinking of returning next year.

I recently spent a week at Casa Azul and was truly impressed. The home is stunning, with designer interiors that are beautifully curated. The staff was exceptional—Andrea and her assistant kept everything spotless, yet they were so discreet that we barely noticed them. Chef Juan’s meals were extraordinary, with highlights like perfectly prepared BBQ ribs and local red snapper.

What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere, enjoying breakfast on the patio, sipping sunset cocktails by the pool, and having late dinners in the gorgeous dining room. The natural beauty surrounding the house added to the overall experience.

The only reason I won’t return to Casa Azul is that we’ve decided to build our own home in this incredible resort!

Really beautiful house. My wife and the guests loved it! The staff were terrific. Andrea and Rosi had the house and bedrooms pristine every day. The chef-prepared meals were amazing. In fact, we canceled some of our dining out plans because the dinners were not only better than at a top restaurant, they were a lot less expensive too. And the outside dining at the house was gorgeous on the terrace overlooking the pool, lake and the sunsets. I’ve never seen such a huge, beautiful, built-in stone table like they have out on the terrace. A spectacular dining experience. The house has a perfect, central location in the resort. Close to the beaches, golf, and tennis center. And 5 minutes to the airport! What an amazing place—a five-star experience all around.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Casa Azul with 6 sets of friends/couples. The house is gorgeous and truly deserves to be in a magazine! This is our 3rd year staying in PCRC villas, and the previous villas we rented seemed good online, but ended up feeling dated and tired compared to this beauty. The owners, Amy and Mark, were terrific during the lead up to our trip, had great “insider” information, and didn’t try to up-sell us on excursions like the Broker concierges always seemed to do. The house team was terrific, very warm and accommodating. Chef Juan was amazing and served us fantastic meals —Caribbean lobster night was a highlight, and even a super-fresh sushi night, which was excellent! Andrea, the housekeeper, was a doll, and seemed to make everything perfect, even while staying out of our way. We rented the house golf carts, which were in top condition, and had full access to beach club’s resort pools and private beaches with powdery white sand and clear calm water. The men loved the cigar/billiards area on the top terrace, while the women congregated by the pool and palapa. Can’t say enough good things! Casa Azul is our new home-away-from-home in Punta Cana. A second stay plan is already in the works!

We just spent six days at Casa Azul celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The house is stunningly beautiful in every way. It’s perfect for a large family needing many bedrooms. This home is meticulously maintained, offering a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. The staff’s attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay were evident in every interaction and were all available whether we needed a full or minimal household staff. Every room within the home is completely decorated to match the Caribbean feel. Everything we needed for cooking or grilling was there available to us. The pool is terrific; the heated hot tub is a great addition. We couldn’t ask for a better location, with easy, close access within minutes of Playa Blanca Clubhouse and Beach and La Cana Golf Club and Beach via the host’s two golf carts available to rent. The property is essentially new and well laid out; we enjoyed the two media rooms with a great library of movies, news, and music after the sun went down. Not many homes boast 85″ televisions. Central air conditioning is available throughout if needed, and the home can be opened for an authentic Caribbean Balinese feel with nearly two dozen ceiling fans. The owners were always available to us and very helpful in every way, from recommendations to general knowledge if we had any questions. That is something we liked. Previously, we stayed at other homes managed by groups or managers who were never available or less helpful. Indeed, it is the best home I have stayed in while visiting Punta Cana. We plan to book again on our trips down there.
